Born on June 22, 1967 is a Puerto Rican musician and artist, an exceptional countertenor with a large impressive vocal range. His musical interest began at an early age, but focused more on his music career in high school, along with her music teacher Juanita Vazquez. Frankie strong work developing his own style, unique in its class, a countertenor that preserves the uniqueness of this voice, a falsetto extraordinarily developed an impressive record, was the first soprano male in high school.

 

He decided to enter the Institute of Music Juan Morel Campos, under the direction of teacher Maria Fombellida and musical director Luis Osvaldo Pino, where he served as clarinetist of the orchestra and young band as well as singer of camera choir in the institution. He takes singing lessons with soprano and voice teacher Maria Esther Robles. He has degree in education with a major in fine arts from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. In the decade of the 80's is part of important coral island level organizations; Ponce Polyphonic Choir under the direction of Bishop Abel Di Marco and Professor Ruben Colon Tarrats, Perla del Sur Vocal Musical Company led by Professor Olga Bernal under the auspices of the Tourism Company of Puerto Rico, a member of the National Choir of Puerto Rico with Professor Luis Olivieri and first tenor of Puerto Rico Symphony Choir under the baton of Professor Jamie Rawie.

 

He moved to the US in October 1997 and he remained active in the choral movement of Central Florida. In the spring of 1999 he joined the choir OGC Orlando, as first tenor and belonged to the same organization for 13 years under the direction of director Terry Thomas, Dr. David Brunner and Jim Brown, standing out with its impressive solos voice. In addition to his choral work he was devoted to teach singing to free disadvantaged youth kids.

 

Frankie has performed at various music festivals in several countries of the hemisphere, including some states of the American nation. His most outstanding events are: The Festival Casal’s Puerto Rico, Argentina America Cantat 1, International Choral Festival Missoula-Montana, Gala Choral Festival in Miami-Florida and Denver-Colorado, in addition to sharing the stage with opera singers of our decade as Placido Domingo, Cesar Hernandez Castro Margarita, Irem Poventud and Justino Diaz.

 

In 1986 it represents the City of Ponce, Puerto Rico Santiago de los Caballeros Carnival in the Dominican Republic, 1988 he represented Puerto Rico International Culture and Art Festival in Guadalajara, Mexico. 1992 traveled to The Choral Festival "America Cantat I" in Mar del Plata, Argentina, where he participated in a master class with teacher Alice Parker with extensive experience in music, "Black Spiritual" 1993 traveled to "International Choral Festival" in Missoula, Montana. In 2008 he represented the City of Orlando in the "Gala Choral Festival" in Miami, Florida. Again it represents the city of Orlando, Florida "Choral Festival Gala" in Denver Colorado. In 2011, 2012, 2013 is part of the traditional Candlelight Choir Disney Epcot Center at Disney World Orlando, Florida. I represent Puerto Rico 2015 World Choir Festival in Puebla, Mexico. On his agenda scheduled for 2016 International Choir Festival in Barcelona ​​Spain, Choral Festival in Atlanta Georgia and International Choir Festival in Argentina. Among his most important travel and countless musical experience several of these sites were Puerto Rico, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Chile, Costa Rica, United States, Canada and Argentina.

 

Frankie was a art and music teacher of the Education Department of Puerto Rico, also choir, dance and music teacher in the San Judas Tadeo School, precursor an innovative lyrical concept with rich experiences for students at the meddle school, founder of first group of "Master Singer" that will delight the audience with their stunning choral technical and dynamism. He part of the Puerto Rican Association of Choirs.

 

Frankie Valentine besides having a long career in music and an impressive participation in choral habit, is a perfectionist by nature, his preference is to develop new talent with high records as voices of sopranos and tenors. Founder Male Vocal Group "Phoenix” and one of the lead singers of Vocal Group "Three Octaves". Also this great countertenor to share the stage in various local events with large Puerto Rican singer Danny Rivera, Lucecita Benítez, Tony Croato, Chucho Avellane, Carmita Jiménez, Ruth Fernández, Ednita Nazario, Victoria Sanabria, Quartet Los Hispanos and Yolandita Monge and others.

 

In recent years he was involved in the Community Choir of the Central Florida, with over 400 active members participating, led by director Joshua Vickery and voluntary organization of cancer survivor’s island level. He currently serves as the Orfeón Caribeño Men’s Choir has the tenor and countertenor led by director Axel Augusto Trinidad. Frankie belonged to different music, theater and charities during his long career, and has made an invaluable reminder of his talent as an artist and human being.
